This site collects as little as a website can. There is no analytics tool, no tracking, no advertising, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. What follows describes what actually happens when you visit.
Who is responsible
Applog GmbH, Bern, Switzerland (UID CHE-441.476.075) operates this site and is the controller for any personal data processed through it. Contact: governance@axessus.ch
Processing is governed primarily by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the GDPR applies through a genuine nexus, it applies in parallel rather than instead.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland, acting as a processor. Data stays in Switzerland.
As with any web server, requests are recorded in server logs. These typically include the IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser’s user agent. Logs are kept for a limited period for security and operational purposes and are not used to build a profile of visitors or combined with any other source.
What this site does not do
- No analytics or measurement tools.
- No advertising, remarketing or tracking pixels.
- No social media embeds, video embeds or third-party widgets.
- No comments, and no contact form. The only contact route is the email address above, which reaches an ordinary mailbox.
- No newsletter and no accounts.
- No cookies are set for ordinary visitors. WordPress sets cookies only for logged-in administrators.
Fonts
Typefaces are served from this site’s own server rather than from a third-party font service. Nothing about your visit is transmitted to a font provider.
Your rights
Under the FADP, and under the GDPR where it applies, you can ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to governance@axessus.ch. In practice, unless you have emailed us, the only record of your visit is a server log entry.
You also have the right to complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or to your local supervisory authority where the GDPR applies.
Changes
If this site later adds analytics, a newsletter or any other processing, this page will be updated before that happens rather than afterwards.
